Skins do not load and marketplace not working.

Every time I start up minecraft my whole dressing room shows like the picture below or it loads infinite. I can't acces the marketplace either. I have good internet. Somethimes when I start up minecraft my skins are there and I can acces the marketplace, but thats not often. Does anyone know a solution?
