Realm and Connecting to multiplayer games

My friends cannot connect to the realm that I have, and I cannot connect to any of their worlds. I was able to connect perfectly before the update and I have even checked my settings. I have had multiple problems with the realm payments as it has been refusing to give me my realm and I have had to wait MONTHS before attempting to try again. It has taken over 50 dollars of PAID realms and still would not let me connect. I have been playing this game since 2015 and I hate to see it going down the drain in such a way. Being a streamer who relies and actually enjoys this game does not help. Please fix this as I have invested A LOT of time and money in the game.
