On Android 11 mouse controll does not work on Y axis

Mouse controls on Y axis adds values in both motions resulting in the player character only being able to look up at 90 degrees. With inverted Y axis the behaviuour is also inverted and the character looks down. 

Issue present in both standard device mode and desktop mode.
