Bonus Chest Does not spawn

1. Create new world
2. Turn on Bonus chest
3. Turn on caves and cliffs experimental
4. Create world

With these steps the bonus chest will not spawn. I do not know if this happens regardless of the caves and cliffs toggle. If starting map and bonus chest are enabled you will receive the map but the chest still will not spawn.
