Cant see text in textbox while typing

When starting a new world and you select advanced to type in the seed or the world name. The words dont show as you type them. Once finished typing and you return. The text is their. Just whi.e your typing it.

My device is not in your device list Samsung Galaxy Tab A, was a quite popular tablet so not sure why not.
