Every ps4 user really wants this bug to be fixed alr

So whenever i make a microsoft acc on my ps4, even after doing it correctly i just have to do it again. it's not just me who can't make a microsoft account on ps4,almost every single ps4 user can't make a microsoft account because of this bug so please fix it
