My World Keeps Getting Stuck at ‘Loading Resources’.

When I load on worlds, most of the time it gets stuck on ‘Loading Resources’. I have to keep refreshing the whole Minecraft app multiple times for it to work, it only happens on worlds which ready exist, not newly made ones, servers or friends worlds.
