Trident gets deleted when I go far away/beyond the render distance.

Whenever I leave a trident and don't pick it up after throwing, like in a trident killer or anything, it disappears and seems to just get deleted when I go far away and come back/ go beyond the render distance and come back. It's super annoying and just makes things more tiring because I keep having to spend ages collecting more tridents
