Delay to Activate nether portal

I decided to buid a piglin (Gold) Farm in my survival world, but before of that I tested in creative and It worked well. Then i built It UP in survival, nonetheless the portal has a large delay to activate, making the farm useless. The 23x23 portals are activated by lava and trapdoor system.
