Sneaking under slabs don't work(Java Parity)

In Java Edition, you can sneak and your character would be 1.15 blocks tall, meaning you can sneak under slabs, not in Bedrock Edition though

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a slab on the upper part of a block
2. Sneak and go under it

Observed results:

You go under the slab

Expected results:

You don't go under the slab
