Problem completing achievements

Every time I try to complete an achievement in Minecraft Windows 10, it is not reflected in my achievements, but if I try to do an achievement in Android 10, it is completed. I have already verified that my world has the achievements activated but it does not give a single one, I also tried to change my account and it remains the same.
