The composter plays the Bonemeal sound when used. This does not apply with hoppers interacting with the composter.

How to reproduce:

1. Get a composter and some disposable items (Food, grass, etc.)
2. Place the composter
3. Use the composter
4. Observe the Bonemeal sound being played

Observed Results: The bonemeal sound plays along with the dirt sound.

Expected Results: The bonemeal sound should not play.
