After spending $10 to renew my realm, it says it's still expired

After I realized my realm subscription had expired, I went to eShop to buy the required amount of Minecoins. After I clicked I agree and ok, it said we could not create your realm, or something of the sort. Then, I waited to see if today it would decide to be renewed, it still didn't. I am very disappointed with this. You've got to fix it!
