Food keeps being eaten after hunger bar is full.

So, when I’m eating food, if I keep holding down the right click, it eats the food to fill up the hunger bar, and then it goes one more even after my hunger bar is full. The animation appears, yet I don’t lose any food from it. It may be because I have experimental features turned on, but I’m not sure.
