Diamonds and emeralds lost when game crashed

My game crashed twice in a row and when I reloaded my entire stack of diamond blocks were gone as well as a few spare diamonds and emeralds. The rest of my inventory seems to be intact. Is there a way to retrieve these lost items on ps4?
