Minecraft crashing after restarting game with global resource on

Whenever i have a global resource pack on (I haven't tried the ones from the marketplace yet) and i restart the game, it crashes. So I have to go to my files, delete the packs i have installed, and install them into the files again. (This only happened after the 1.17.30 patch)
