Unable to Connect to Active Realm

Hello, the server is stating I and fellow users are unable to join the world we created/paid for. This now occurred on multiple occasions for no identifiable reason. The download screen can't go past the "loading resource pack" message. The realm is active and I was able to get on earlier today but it is now down again. Can you review and advise?
