not syncing with cloud error 0x83860012

A few days ago I tried to open one of my worlds and found i had to sync all of my worlds. i managed to sync 6 of the 8 but 2 worlds will not sinc. i have contacted microsoft and minecraft helplines and tried resetting and reinstalling but still not working. minecraft helpline passed me on to you
