The command is:

execute @s ^^^2 execute @p[r = 1] ~~~ ... (e.g. say hello)

In Functions:

In functions, however, it is the same command 

This is what comes out in the end:

Execute @s  ~~~_{2 execute @p[r = 1]} ~~~ ...

Therefore, if you need the command, please fix it quickly

(In Functions execute: ^^^ is in the and ~~~)
