Went to kill the end dragon for the second time when it died me and my buddy froze and cannot reconnect to the realm

We started the fight, destroyed all the crystals and killed the dragon on its 4th perch. It exploded and we gathered some xp then it froze. We waited a while and were still frozen We exited and can't rejoin
