Anti-Aliasing feature no longer working

No matter the value, AA doesn't work in this new version. I've searched about this online and found other people facing the same problem.

On the video and images below, I have made sure that my AA setting is on the maximum, and as you can see, it has done nothing: there are lots of jagged lines if you look closer.
