Bouncing Harming arrows cause instant death

I shot a power 5 harming 2 arrow at a shulker and it bounced back and killed me instantly. Creating these death messages. It must have started bouncing on my head. To recreate this, just get a harming arrow and get it to bounce off  a shulker so that it hits you. When I died, I was shooting a shulker that was above and in front of me.
