problem with color theory: tertiary colours

when trying to use the home screen option of 'dressing room' i go to my preferred skin pack which is 'color theory: tertiary colours' and select the skin which is the first red, yellow, and orange one in the pack (there are two). it allows me to select it, but when i click the back button twice to go back to the first dressing room screen, it changes my skin to the green-ish one. i dont want the green-ish one. not sure if this is just that the skin pack is incompatible with the new version, as my friend is having a similar problem.
