Softlock glitch

I was playing on a creative world and when I joined I was under glass that had water above it  and the axolotls were no longer in the tank. the game thought I was underwater and showed bubbles even though I was above water and was in creative mode, when I went out into the open and flew up it would not let me fly down I then tried ender pearls. I switched to a survival world to see if that would help but the glitch kept on going I left my slime farm and tried to climb my ladder when that didn't work I tried water and that started to launch me up into the sky I then reloaded the game and I stoped moving but I am above build limit and I am now softlocked and cannot get down
