Realm Creation Bug

I recently subscribed on Realms Plus, and when I tried to create the realm, it’s always saying that “you’re purchase succeeded, but we couldn’t create your realm right now.” I’ve been trying to create a realm since yesterday but it always says that. I’m afraid that I spent money but receive nothing from it.
