Touch Camera issues

I installed the 1.17.30 Stable update and got into an issue where moving around the camera in first person glitches out and don't know what to do with it, i checked the minecraft settings and found nothing to fix i checked developer options and checked if any root apps affect the game which non does, i have a OnePlus 8T rooted with Oxygen OS 10.0.10.10 Firmware. The issue wasn't apparent on version 1.17.11 and checked if my screen is clean which 100% is.
