Not enough space on Playstation to download packs when there is plenty of space.

Two of my skin packs aren't loading in the dressing room. I am also having trouble connecting to the store server

*edit: I am unable to play my Realms world that I have created will not let me in because it has failed to download resources from the server.
None of my texture packs are letting me download them.
I have tried restarting my PS4.
I have tried deleting and re-downloading the Minecraft application, 3 times.
I have deleted all but one of my worlds.
I cannot play on my friends realm either.

Update: Even after the update, there is no change. I can't download any texture packs, I can't join my friends worlds, I can't enjoy minecraft.
