Simulation Distance are only available in the world settings, not video settings.

The simulation distance was added to Java Edition 1.18 snapshot. The simulation distance settings are located in the video settings. However, on Bedrock, the simulation distance is only available and shows up when you're creating the world, not in the video settings.
