cannot access my realm

When I try to load my realm. It says it's building the world, then says done and freezes before it let's me into my realm. Then the app crashes. I have try to use a different device and it still didn't work. I have tryed to use a different account and it seems only my realm is affected that I know of. Please fix this so I can access my realm.
