All purchased content is missing and worlds are locked.

When I was trying to play Minecraft I got this update notice, however, it never really updated. When I got to the title screen my skin changed. It had been stripped down to the basic skin. That's not all, I can't find any worlds or skins that I've got. When I try to access the saved worlds in my list it says it's locked. The new Seaside Story world is an example.  I'm hoping that When I try to access the marketplace it says that I need to check the internet connection. I checked and everything is ok. Please tell me you guys can fix this.
