Unable to place Sweet Berry Bushes on Rooted Dirt

On Bedrock Edition in the latest version of Minecraft (1.17.30), you are unable to place sweet berry bushes on rooted dirt. I understand you are able to place sweet berry bushes on rooted dirt on Java Edition, but you can’t on Bedrock. This effects single player and realms. I do not know if this is a bug, or a intended feature, but I believe this is a bug. Thanks!
