Azalea leaves and all leaves with "Fancy leaves" setting do not have snowy texture.

Blocks of azalea leaf and flowered azalea leaves have no snowy texture when it snows.

And I don't know if it's intentional, but if the "Fancy leaves" video setting is turned off,

all the leaf blocks don't have a snowy texture either.
