Bedrock 1.17.30 update causes major lag with Experimental Features turned on.

Playing with experimental Caves and Cliffs turned on, game often stops rendering, registering actions (mining, attacks, talking to villagers), and not allowing swimming for about 30secs to 1min or more before finally catching up.
