Character Creator And MarketPlace Purchases Not Working

1.17.30 installed today I think and now my character is broken and my texture pack is gone. I went to the marketplace and it says Error Code L-500. I also had 20 Minecoins and those are gone also. I had purchased the PvP Mashup Texture Pack. It was there a few days ago, but when I logged on today, it was gone. I noticed my character had a Steve shirt instead of the usual black shirt. I went into the Dressing Room to try and correct it but it showed only the Steve Shirt and the Alex Shirt. Then I checked my Minecraft Pocket Edition account. I had been using an uploaded skin at the time, and I went to the Dressing Room to see if it was the same on MCPE and it was. The face item I had on my PS4 account was gone and so was the hair I had on my PS4 account. So now I have no Minecoins, no texture pack, and a broken character.
