Deepslate Iron Ore and Block of Raw Iron Generating with Tuff under y=-20

When I was mining below y=0 (on Caves & Cliffs experimental) I starting seeing weird things. They both had to do with iron. First Deepslate Iron Ore was generating in batches of Tuff which is not normal. When I was mining all of it away I noticed something even more weird. I saw a Block of Raw Iron generating with the Tuff and Ores!! I found this in tons of different places. Also it’s the only way I have found iron under y=-20. There is also no coal under y=0.  I don’t think that Block of Raw Iron should naturally generate in the world. If this is normal than I don’t think it makes any sense so please fix it.
