Purchased worlds and skins not showing up anymore.

After the last update, all the worlds and skins purchased on both accounts (microsoft .live accounts) that we have are showing that we don't own any worlds or skins that were previously purchased and saved to the accounts (as opposed as being saved to the device). Also, wearable items earned from achievements no longer show up.
