Your game made me lose 7 dollars on costom things I bought

I bought 7 dollars of costom things and then my Microsoft account is the same on that I was using and then so I donload Minecraft on my Xbox with THE SAME MICROSOFT ACCOUNT and now I don't have the custom things I bought or the world's I made. I have the world's on my phone but not Xbox and the custom things I bought on my phone aren't there not on both devices.
