My Skin won't Load

I just got on minecraft bedroom edition and I noticed my skin was steve so I went to go change into my skins that I bought. But it wouldn't load and it says I have 0 skin packs. I was sign in on my microsoft account  but I check the minecraft store to see if I could change my purchase skins that way but I see the skins I already purchase and it says I have to buy it again which made me mad as I spent a lot of money for these minecraft skins. So I try to see what would happen if I tried to buy it again but it would just load and doesn't do anything but return to the store homepage. This has to be a bug because my Internet connection is good and minecraft wouldn't just get rid of my skins that I paid for.
