My Minecraft bedrock edition market place data was deleted

So today (09-22-2021) I went to play dragon fire bedrock edition 2 with my cousin and since I own the mod pack and the world I went to open the world and I find a lock sign on it but I didn't think much of it but when I went to open up the world it gave me a thing saying I don't own this but I do so I check the market place to open my packs and I find it completely empty
