Marketplace error code L-500

When I was going in to my marketplace for my minecraft Nintendo switch edition it come up with the error code L-500 and I tried to re-downloading my game and go back to the marketplace and it still shows the same error code and I lost everything that I bought on there and it means that I can't even re-download my maps other skins.
