Marketplace Down, Purchased Items are GONE.

I've just about had it with bedrock Minecraft for the Switch. The Marketplace has been bugged for MONTHS, the images would be in a loading stage infinitely, but at the very least we could still make purchases, but now the marketplace literally will not open anymore. Secondly, I previously had an issue where I couldn't change my skin, as it would only default to Steve, but my purchased skin pack was still saved so AT LEAST I knew it was there for whenever the bug was fixed.

Now? It's gone. All of my purchased items are gone. Even the free marketplace items disappeared, a texture pack I had active also disappeared, and now adventure maps which, once again, I bought with my own money don't even work. I tried to open marketplace to retrieve them, but again the marketplace no longer loads.

To say I'm disappointed is an absolute understatement, as I have not seen any improvement on any of these issues but they keep pumping out new content without fixing the issues that are still in the game. I'm at a point where I just deleted Minecraft from my Switch altogether.

If I - and anyone else with this same issue - could at least get a tiny shred of acknowledgement, that would be real great.
