Creeper not Dropping Disc when killed by Skeleton Arrow

Me and my friend are playing in minecraft bedrock he is using Ipad 6th and I'm using an android phone. We made a farm to lure creeper to be killed by a skeleton that has a name tag but the creeper is not dropping any Music Disc.
