I'm stuck in flying position in survival with bubbles on my hot bar

I created a new survival world. But when I loaded in there were bubbles on my hot bar as if I was under water, and I was stuck in the same Y level as if I was flying. But again it's a survival world with cheats not enabled. I am unable to go up or down. I have tested this on multiple worlds including already existing worlds. I reset my game and it seems to have fixed its self. I just thought that I should report it.
