dPad glitch,better explained

Bascicly,sometimes,the "ball" used to do stuff on touch device,goes behind the movement dpad.This happens often if you try to wtap,and is very annoying in pvp.Heres a clip,i made a new post cause most others just say "move the ball behind the dpad"
