Not hearing the sound when item is thrown into lava & Items being rough when dropped. (Playstation 4)

Hello I would to report 2 bugs for Playstation 4 (Bedrock). 

When you throw any item into lava, it doesn't make the burning sound

And whenever I drop items, it looks laggy or rough.
