Minecraft Legacy skinpack disappeared

I had downloaded the minecraft legacy skinpack from the bedrock marketplace, however, now I have no way to access it. I’ve tried in game, and through the ‘my packs’ section of the market place. I have also tried searching for the skinpack and haven’t found it on the marketplace. The minecraft founders cape skinpack has also disappeared, Howe I can access the cape.
