NPCs make villager sounds

NPC now has audio when close to them that is bad when you have a bunch of them for stories.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn an NPC

Observed Results:
The NPC makes villager sounds.

Expected Results:
The NPC should not make villager sounds.
