unable to play lan games on xbox without xbox live gold

Please fix this
Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: make a new world and open the world to lan
Step 2: look for that world on xbox (without xbox live gold)

It will say Friends: 1
but you won't be able to see anything on the friends list

I should be able to see the world and join it but i can't
