Candles Can Not Show Up A Little Flame Particle For A Few Seconds When Using Fire Charge

When I use fire charge to lit up a candle, it can not show up a little flame particle for a few seconds.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a world.

2. Use fire charge to lit the candle.

3. It should not show up a little flame particle for a few seconds.
