XP Bar being asymmetrical at the right end

Alongside the 1 pixel off xp bar (which has been fixed in 1.17.30 beta), there is another problem with bedrock's xp bar, which has to do with the bar itself. The right end of the bar is asymmetric, being weirdly cut off. This problem doesn't exist on Java, but has existed on Bedrock for years.
